If you are wishing to book physiotherapy appointments click "Physio" when you are choosing your therapist (this treatment will be done by Esther) and choose your time and date as usual.  Please note that only morning appointments are available for booking online.  

If you want a massage by Esther you can book these as usual.  Note that these appointments are only available in the afternoon and evening for online booking. The office can override the system and book emergency massages with Esther in the morning or Physio in the afternoon but you must call the office, 780-786-4060, to have these appointments made for you.

Massages booked with Patricia are done as usual.

Gym: We have a good selection of cardio and strength training equipment for you to use. The equipment is new, commercial grade equipment. It is all well maintained. To answer some common questions: We are not a 24 hour facility (we just cannot for many reasons). We are not, and have never been affiliated with the "old/other gym", and we did not purchase any of her equipment.

Physiotherapy: Esther graduated from The University of Alberta in 2002 with a BScPT. This is a WCB Approved Physiotherapy Facility. Get individualized and experienced assessment, diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. Visit a physiotherapist when pain or discomfort gets in your way.
 

Massage: This clinic provides Advanced Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

We cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Our services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries. We offer full Orthopedic Assessments, with a customized treatment plan, that will include a custom home exercise plan for rehabilitation.

Both Esther Teskey and Patricia Jager-Crneck are Registered Massage Therapists, with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta (MTAA). We have a combined 14 years of experience. Most Extended Health Insurance Providers provide coverage to a RMT, for Massage Therapy. At our office we offer direct billing with some Insurers. Insurers require a Prescription for Massage, from your Doctor, that is valid for 1 year.

We are always improving upon and adding more services to better serve our clients. In addition to the Advanced Therapeutic Massage Therapy (Swedish and Non-Swedish Modalities), we have Hot Stone Massage, Chair Massage and a selection of spa services (paraffin wax, salt scrubs, mud wraps).

We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa and M/C. We offer gift certificates (that do not expire) for that special someone.

• With less than 24 hours Notice  50% of Service fee will be charged
• No Shows (or less than 2 Hrs notice) will be charged 100% of Service fee
